The No More Anxiety community was first established on Facebook in January 2019 as an online group for those who suffer from anxiety. The intention of the page was to discover what remedies people use for anxiety, the common natural solutions people prefer, and to form a group of like-minded people to discuss symptoms in a safe space.
Suffering from anxiety is a lonely experience. Anxiety disorders are often misunderstood and symptoms are mistaken for other illnesses. The symptoms of anxiety are listed as a constant state of worrying to the point it disrupts your quality of life, restlessness, catastrophizing and physical symptoms such as heart palpitations and chest tightness. Anxiety can be caused by a variety of triggers or could depend on your genetics.
We understand that anxiety manifests in many different ways for different individuals and there are many kinds of disorders. No More Anxiety is intended as a space to come and discuss natural ways of treating anxiety. We want to know what works for you and we want to provide the basic information you need about anxiety. Through No More Anxiety, we hope you find a community of people with common experiences and hopefully some ways to get through the day through the day with the help of others.
